Vehicle registration and automobile-insurance documentation are required for vehicles used in business operations.
Licensing is generally based on where the contractor offers or performs covered work, not only where the business is headquartered. An out-of-area or out-of-state company working in Westchester County or Yonkers should confirm the applicable local license, entity, insurance, and tax requirements.
